The three-month mold development project for the next-generation mini fast-charging power bank has been successfully completed and officially entered production. This marks a new step forward in the company's capabilities in precision manufacturing and customized customization.
This mold development project, designed to meet the explosive market demand for "compact, portable, high-power, fast-charging" devices, involved over 20 sets of precision molds. Our engineering team overcame multiple technical challenges, including internal structure stacking, heat dissipation, and surface finishing, to successfully integrate a 10,000mAh battery into a body the size of a business card holder, while supporting 22.5W MAX two-way fast charging.
